I have certain allergies and specific questions regarding your food and diet. What do I do?

If you have some questions regarding our food then you can write us by going on to our website www.grillies.ca and then press “contact” tab on the top right corner of the website. And if you are ordering online and want to tell us about your allergies then you can mention it in the comment section available on each ordering page.

I am a vegetarian. What can I eat?

For a vegetarian customers we have veggie Burger, Burrito, Salad and Rice bowls which we serve with our home made veggie patty (called as Tinx Way in our menu). You can also have veggie tacos with fresh homemade beans and veggies as per your desire.

We don’t like spicy foods. Do you have a meat option which we can eat?

Actually, we have 3 kind of homemade grill sauce Spicy, Medium and Sweet BBQ and it’s depends on you that what kind of taste you would like. If you don’t like spicy then you can try our Sweet BBQ which is very mild or you can ask for Plain taste which means “no sauce”.

Where do I find the prices for catering?

For catering orders you can write us by going onto “contact” page located at upper right corner of our website or you can call us at 647 748 1236.

How do I order food online?

You can order food online by clicking on the “order online” tab located on top of the website and then you have to choose whether you want pickup or delivery option. After that, you have to choose one item from Burger, Burrito, Taco, Salad, Rice and Drinks to start customizing your food and make it a combo if you want and then press “add to order” button (If you do not press this button, your order will not be processed).
Now,if you want to add more items then choose another item and if you don’t then press “Checkout” button.
Note: Your delivery order should be more than $20 without tax and delivery charge.

How do I order food by phone?

You can call us at 647-748-1235 to order us by phone. For toppings and prices help you can go to the “menu” page of our website where you can see our phone ordering menu for each product by clicking on the desire name of the product.
Note: We will recommend you try our online ordering system instead of ordering through phone, as it is very simple and user friendly and you will also get points for your food which later on you can redeem to get free food.

I can't order online? What do I do?

You can call us at 647-748-1236 and we will assist you for that.

Where can I find coupons or promo code?

1)You must have to register yourself with us to get the coupons or promo code in your email automatically when available or you can also sign up for the coupons by entering your email id in “stay informed” tab located at the bottom right corner of the website.
2) Like us on Facebook and twitter to get extra deals and coupons.

Do you deliver and how far?

Yes, we deliver up to specific area based on the postal codes. You can see all these postal codes in the address field of your account during registration or on the checkout page when you will order delivery from our website.
And if you can’t see your postal code on our website and you are located not too far than you can call us on 647-748-1235 for the order, we will check and let you know whether we can deliver to your address or not.

I can’t able to redeem my points or code? What do I do?

If you can’t able to redeem your points or promo code online then you can write us by going onto “contact” page located at upper right corner of our website with full details and we will respond you as soon as possible.
